Who we are

What we collect

The enquiry form: your name, a contact (phone, messenger or email) and the message — only what you type in yourself.

Technical cookies: aa_geo (country detected by IP on our server), aa_cur (chosen currency), aa-theme (colour theme), aa_consent (your analytics answer). They do not identify you and are not shared.

Analytics runs only with your consent. If you grant it, Google Analytics 4 is loaded: it sets its own cookies (_ga, _ga_*), collects anonymised visit statistics and sends them to Google LLC, including outside your country, with your IP address truncated. Until you agree, no Google script loads at all. You can withdraw consent with the button at the bottom of this page.

Your IP address is processed on the server at request time to detect the country and to prevent spam; the address itself is not stored.

Why

Form data — to reply and prepare a quote. Cookies — to show prices in your currency and remember the theme.

No third-party analytics currently runs on this site. If we add any, we will update this policy and ask for consent.

Who receives the data

Your enquiry is delivered to our team as a Telegram notification (Telegram FZ-LLC) and an email to our inbox. The site is hosted on Google infrastructure (Firebase App Hosting).

We never sell data or share it for advertising.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept while the project discussion lasts and up to 12 months after, then deleted. Cookies live up to 180 days and can be removed in browser settings.

Your rights

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your data — write to ryabovsasha88@gmail.com and we reply within 7 days. EU residents have the full set of GDPR rights.
